I cannot express enough how many times Bob’s has saved me. No other place could fit me in for about a month and a half. I called Pickle at Bob’s and she said “drop it off on Monday. “ I’m so grateful for the honest and prompt service. I feel taken care of. ❤️

On the way from South Burlington to Boston we popped a tire on our BMW x7. We pulled up to this garage off of 89 interstate (closed today but we saw doors open) young gentlemen had us patched up, air filled and on the way. Didn’t take payment. Bummed we had no cash on. Extraordinary service, we are very grateful for the kind help. Thank you sir! Leon & Liliana

I just brought my jeep in for 4 tire changes and was treated excellent. The guy working the front counter is an example how customer service should be everywhere. I will be going there again.

The worst experience I’ve had with a mechanic. I had a problem with my transmission lines. They replaced them, but didn’t do it properly and within two weeks I had the same problem. I went back, had it fixed again. Two weeks later, the same problem. I took it elsewhere and they fixed it. Sunaco simply didn’t attach it properly and missed the o ring. Mechanical 101 you would think. (not to mention they left a rag and a lid of some description under the hood. I don’t like the idea of a combustible oily rag next to a hot engine). All while this happened, my transmission is ruined because all of the fluid leaked out. This will cost me thousands. The kicker, when I complained, Ryan wouldn’t return my money and simply said “not my fault”. I asked for the boss and I called Paul and he ghosted me. Don’t go here. They are incompetent mechanics and dishonest. I made a $600 donation essentially :( and on top of that I will have to spend thousands to cover the fact they couldn’t handle an o ring

This is a really convenient location, full-service, and more importantly can get you in on the spot for basic services such as a tire changeout, which took about 20-30 minutes, depending on their schedule -- just call and ask. I work in the capital complex and have left my car there and they were done in a few hours for an oil change a tricky repair that they easily remedied for an extra $10 for a completely rusted out battery terminal. Know that this is a mechanics shop, so as we all know they spend the money in the shop so you can't really stay for hours. Anyway, always friendly, skilled and fair in cost.
